Golf in Andorra

Although Andorra is most often known for its great ski conditions, what most people don’t know is that the country has great golf courses to offer too.
Granvalira Golf Soldeau is located in Pla d’ Espiolets. This course is new to Andorra, and a thrill for any avid golfer. The only way to get to the course is by an eight passenger cable car. The course sits at 2,590 metres above sea level, making it the highest elevated golf course in Europe. The course is nine holes, and literally one of the most unique settings you will ever golf in. It has been said that golfing in such a high altitude changes the performance of your game. Apparently the ball glides better in the air in such a high altitude.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
